Higit 180,000 indibidwal, apektado ng bagyong Enteng at habagat — DSWD

Sumampa na sa higit 48,000 pamilya o katumbas ng 183,582 indibidwal ang apektado ng malakas na pag-ulan at pagbaha dulot ng habagat at bagyong Enteng.

Ito’y ayon sa Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Disaster Response Operations Monitoring and Information Center.

Mula ito sa 446 na barangay mula sa NCR, Central Luzon, CALABARZON, Bicol, Central Visayas at Eastern Visayas.

Ayon sa DSWD, umakyat na rin sa 2,930 na pamilya o 12,110 indibidwal ang nananatili sa mga itinalagang evacuation centers.

Habang mayroon ding halos 5,744 pamilya ang pansamantalang nakitira muna sa kaanak.

Kaugnay nito, tuloy-tuloy naman ang buhos ng tulong ng DSWD sa mga apektadong LGUs.

Kabilang dito ang pagpapadala ng mga family food packs sa mga lugar na lubhang naapektuhan ng kalamidad.

Sa pinakahuling tala ng kagawaran, aabot na rin sa higit ₱9.4-million ang naipamahagi nitong relief assistance. | ulat ni Merry Ann Bastasa
