Back-to-back good news ng inflation at employment rate, magdadala ng mas maraming trabaho sa bansa

Ikinatuwa ng Department of Finance (DOF) ang kambal na “good news” ng employment at inflation rate sa bansa.

Naniniwala si Finance Secretary Ralph Recto, na magdudulot ito ng mas maraming trabaho para sa mga Pilipino at patuloy na pagbaba ng inflation.

Ginawa ni Recto ang pahayag kasunod ng 1.45 million na bagong trabaho na nalikha noong buwan ng Agosto 2024.

Ayon sa National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA), nananatiling matibay ang labor market noong nakaraang buwan kung saan bumaba ang unemployment rate ng 4.0 percent mula sa 4.7 percent noong Hulyo, at 4.4% nitong Agosto 2023.

Aniya, inaasahang magbubukas ito ng oportunidad sa sektor ng wholesale at retail trade lalo na at papalapit na ang holiday season, magpapalakas din ito ng kita sa negosyo sa bansa at bawat pamilyang Pilipino. | ult ani Melany Valdoz Reyes
