COMELEC NCR may paalala sa substitution ng kandidato

Nagpaalala si Commission on Elections (COMELEC) NCR Assistant Regional Election Director Atty. Jovencio Balanquit sa mga kandidato, na hanggang ngayong araw lang sila maaari mag withdraw ng kandidatura at magkaroon ng substitution.

Ayon sa opisyal kung magkakaroon ng pagpapalit ng kandidato ay kailangan muna bawiin ang una nitong inihaing certificate of candidacy (COC) at maghain ng panibago.

Ngunit ito ay hanggang ngayong araw lang October 8.

Gayunman pahihintulutan pa rin ang substitution hanggang November 15 kung ang pagpapalit ng kandidato ay dahil sa death, disqualification at incapacity. Ngayon ang huling araw ng filing ng COC. | ulat ni Kathleen Forbes
