Mga indibidwal na apektado ng bagyong Julian, halos 100,000 na — DSWD

Umakyat na sa halos 30,000 pamilya o katumbas ng 99,041 indibidwal ang naitala ng Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) na naapektuhan ng mga malalakas na pag-ulang dulot ng Super Typhoon Julian.

Mula ito sa higit 300 barangays na apektado sa Ilocos Region, Cagayan Valley, at Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR).

Kaugnay nito, tumaas rin ang bilang ng mga pamilyang nananatili sa evacuation centers.

Batay sa tala ng DSWD, as of October 1, mayroon nang 372 pamilya pa o katumbas ng 1,099 indibidwal ang nananatili sa evacuation centers.

Tuloy-tuloy naman ang paghahatid ng tulong ng DSWD na sumampa na rin sa halos isang milyon ang naipaabot na tulong sa mga LGU na apektado. | ulat ni Merry Ann Bastasa
