Mga reklamo vs. financing at lending companies, maaari nang i-file sa Securities and Exchange Commission

Simula November 04, 2024, maaari nang i-file ng publiko ang kanilang mga katanungan o reklamo laban sa mga financing at lending companies.

Sa inilabas na advisory ng Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), bubuksan nila ang kanilang “i-messgae portal” sa imessage.sec.gov.ph para tanggapin ang mga ihahaing reklamo ng publiko.

Ayon sa SEC, ang i-message portal ay dinisensyo para maging madami at convenient ang paghahain ng complaints laban sa mga financing at lending companies, at online lending applications o platforms.

Bukas din ang mga numero ng kanilang Financing and Lending Companies Department para sa mga karagdagang impormasyon at katanungan.

Kamakailan, kinansela ng SEC ang ilang lisensya ng lending companies dahil sa unfair debt collection practice ng kumpanya. | ulat ni Melany Valdoz Reyes
