P125 milyong halaga ng tulong para sa mga nasalanta ng bagyong Julian, magkatuwang na inihanda ng Office of the Speaker, Tingog party-list at DSWD

Salig na rin sa atas ng Pangulo Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., agad nagkasa ng relief efforts ang Office of the House Speaker at Tingog party-list katuwang ang DSWD para sa mga nasalanta ng Bagyong Julian.

Tinukoy nina Speaker Martin Romualdez at Reps. Yedda Romualdez at Jude Acidre ang sampung congressional district na lubhang pinadapa ng bagyo at hiniling kay DSWD Sec. Rex Gatchalian na makapaglabas ng P10 milyon kada distrito sa ilalim ng AKAP program o katumbas ng P100 million na cash aid.

Ito ang distrito nina Batanes Rep. Ciriaco Gato, Cagayan Rep. Ramon Nolasco, Cagayan Rep. Aline Vargas-Alfonso, Ilocos Norte Rep. Ferdinand Alexander Marcos, Ilocos Norte Rep. Angelo Barba, Kalinga Rep. Allen Mangaoang, Apayao Rep. Eleanor Bulut-Begtang, Abra Rep. Ching Bernos, Ilocos Sur Rep. Ronald Singson, at Cagayan Rep. Jojo Lara.

Maliban dito mayroong ding P25 million na halaga ng relief packs ang inihahada na para sa sampung Distrito na pawang hinugot sa personal calamity fund ni Speaker Romualdez.

Kada distrito ay makakatanggap ng 5,000 na relief packs na naglalaman ng tubig at inumin.

Giit ni lider ng Kamara, nais nilang matiyak na masuportahan ang mga distrito upang mas mabilis makabangon ang mga residente mula sa kalamidad.

“We are ensuring that each affected district receives the support it needs to recover from this calamity. Hindi pababayaan ng administrasyon ni PBBM ang ating mga kababayan na nasalanta ng bagyong Julian. Through AKAP, we aim to provide immediate cash assistance to help families get back on their feet,” saad niya

Nagpasalamat naman si Speaker Romualdez sa mabilis na pagtugon ng volunteers ng Tingog party-list sa paghahanda ng relief packs ay tiyakin na walang maiiwan sa pagpapaabot ng tulong

“Ang focus natin: no one should be left behind. Ito ang kampanya ng Bagong Pilipinas ng ating Pangulo. We are making sure that the needs of our people are met” sabi pa ng House Speaker.

“Sa mga ganitong pagsubok, kailangan natin ng pagtutulungan. We must work together to overcome these challenges and ensure that our people receive the help they need,” ani Rep. Yedda Romualdez.
