PNP, nanawagan sa mga kandidato na igalang ang electoral process

All systems go na ang Philippine National Police (PNP) sa pagbibigay seguridad gayundin sa pagtitiyak ng ligtas at mapayapang paghahain ng kandidatura ng mga lalahok sa 2025 National at Local Elections.

Ayon kay PNP Public Information Office Chief, PCol. Jean Fajardo, aabot sa 36,000 mga pulis ang kanilang ipakakalat sa pagsisimula ng filing ng Certificates of Candidacy (COC) simula ngayong araw hanggang October 8.

Katuwang ng PNP ang Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) at Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) sa pagtitiyak ng seguridad sa naturang okasyon.

Sinabi pa ni Fajardo na mahigpit din nilang tinututukan ang sitwasyon sa local level dahil sa mas mainit na tunggaliang politikal na napatunayan na sa mga nakalipas na halalan.

Kaya naman umapila ang PNP sa mga maghahain ng kanilang kandidatura gayundin sa kanilang mga tagasuporta na magtiwala sa electoral process at igalang ang batas. | ulat ni Jaymark Dagala
