Muling isiniwalat ni dating Philippine National Police (PNP) Police Colonel Eduardo Acierto ang pagbalewala ng nakaraang administrasyon sa kanyang anti-illegal drugs intelligence report.

Sa kanyang pagdalo sa 10th House Quad Committee hearing via zoom, kung saan iniimbestigahan in aid of legislation ang issue ng war on drugs at extra judicial killings, muling inilahad ni Acierto kung paano binalewala ni dating PNP Chief Bato Dela Rosa ang kaniyang ulat kontra droga.

Tinutukoy ni Acierto, na ang intelligence report ay ukol sa pagkakadawit ni dating Presidential Economic Adviser Michael Yang sa illegal drugs activities.

Sa interpellation ni Quad Comm Chair Benny Abante, sinabi ni Acierto na mula kay dating PNP Chief Dela Rosa, Oscar Albayalde at PDEA Chief Aaron Aquino ay walang kinahinatnan ang kaniyang intel report.

Dagdag ni Acierto, hindi lamang binalewala ang kaniyang report bagkus binaligtad pa siya at ang kanyang team, at inakusahan bilang sangkot sa illegal na droga. | ulat ni Melany Valdoz Reyes
