LTO, NLRC, magtutulungan sa mga labor-related cases na may kinalaman sa motor vehicles

Paiigtigin ng Land Transportation Office (LTO) at National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) ang kolaborasyon nito sa mga legal proceeding at hatol na may kinalaman sa motor vehicles.

Kahapon, pinangunahan nina LTO Chief, Assistant Secretary Atty. Vigor Mendoza II at NLRC Chairperson Grace Maniquiz-Tan ang paglagda sa agreement para selyuhan ang pagtutulungan ng dalawang ahensya.

Sa ilalim ng kasunduan, makikipagugnayan na ang NLRC sa LTO para maberipika ang ng anumang sasakyang de-motor na nakarehistro, sa anumang kapasidad, sa pangalan ng mga may utang sa hatol.

Samantala, ang LTO ay inaatasan na agarang umaksyon sa kahilingan ng beripikasyon na inihain ng sinumang Sheriff ng NLRC o itinalagang tauhan hinggil sa anumang sasakyang de-motor na nakarehistro sa pangalan ng mga may utang sa hatol, alinsunod sa mga writ of execution na inilabas ng sinumang Komisyoner o Labor Arbiter ng NLRC.

Ayon kay Asec. Mendoza, mahalaga ang agreement para sa mas maayos na koordinasyon at enforcement sa mga desisyon ng NLRC na may kaugnayan sa land transportation. | ulat ni Merry Ann Bastasa
