Marcos Administration, di tumitigil sa pagpapatupad ng mga hakbang upang makontrol ang inflation sa bansa

Puspusan ang trabaho ng Marcos Administration upang makontrol ang presyo ng mga pangunahing pagkain sa bansa, sa gitna ng bahagyang pagbilis ng inflation sa Pilipinas, mula sa 1.9% noong Setyembre, patungong 2.3% nitong Oktubre, 2024.

Ayon kay National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) Secretary Arsenio Balisacan, average ang inflation rate na ito at pasok pa rin sa target range ng pamahalaan na 2-4%.

Aminado ang kalihim na banta sa food supply chain at logistics ang mga magkakasunod na sama ng panahon na tumama sa bansa.  

Gayunpaman, siniguro ng NEDA na hindi tumitigil sa pagkayod ang gobyerno upang masiguro ang food availability at katatagan ng presyo ng mga bilihin sa bansa.
