Nakapaloob na sa Corporate Recovery and Tax Incentives for Enterprises to Maximize Opportunities for Reinvigorating the Economy o CREATE MORE Act ang inputs ng foreign partners ng Pilipinas, na nalikom ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. sa mga naging pagbisita niya sa iba’t ibang bansa.
Nangangahulugan ito ayon sa Pangulo, na pinakikinggan ng gobyerno ang mahahalagang suhestiyon na ibinabahagi ng international partners ng bansa, na sumasalamin sa commitment ng pamahalaan na gawing investment destination ang Pilipinas.
Sa ceremonial signing ng CREATE MORE Act ngayong araw (November 11), sinabi ng Pangulo na pinalakas ang batas na ito upang mahubog pa ang business climate sa Pilipinas, nang lumago pa ang mga negosyo at pamumuhunan sa bansa na magiging daan naman para sa pagsipa pa ng ekonomiya ng bansa.

Their feedback has enriched this legislation, a reflection of our resolve to foster a climate where businesses will flourish and continue to meaningfully contribute to the Philippine economy.” —Pangulong Marcos Jr.
Sa ilalim kasi ng batas na ito, nilinaw ang patakaran para sa pag-avail ng VAT and duty incentives; Pinalawak rin ang coverage nito, upang mapabilang ang non-registered exporters at high-value domestic marker enterprises.
“We restore to our registered business enterprises (RBEs) a vital support they once knew—the eligibility for VAT incentives for costs that are directly attributable to the conduct of their business. This means that essential expenses—those reasonably necessary and incidental to their operations—may once again be enjoyed zero-rated, as they were prior to the CREATE Act.” —Pangulong Marcos.
Sa pamamagitan rin ng CREATE MORE Act, nilinaw ang local taxation tuwing Income Tax Holiday at Enhanced Deductions Regime na hindi natugunan sa unang bersyon ng CREATE Act.
