Hindi gumagana ngayon ang Lallo-Sta. Ana 69-kilovolt line sa Cagayan dahil sa epekto ng bagyong Marce.

Batay ito sa pinakahuling ulat ng National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP).

Ayon sa NGCP, ito ay naganap bandang alas-9:24 ng umaga ngayong araw.

Dahil dito, walang suplay ng kuryente sa CAGELCO II.
