Hindi kuntento si Agriculture Secretary Francisco Tiu-Laurel Jr. sa trabaho ng dalawang matataas na opisyal ng Department of Agriculture (DA).

Sa panayam sa media, sinabi ng kalihim na hindi nagagampanan ng dalawang opisyal na hindi na nito pinangalanan ang kanilang tungkulin.

Aniya, sa lahat ng mga opisyal sa DA, bukod tangi ang mga ito na bigong naabot ang kanyang “expectation.”

Nakausap naman na aniya ni Secretary Tiu-Laurel ang dalawang opisyal at binigyan na ng ultimatum para ayusin ang trabaho.

Punto ng kalihim, sa pagtugon sa hamon sa agricultural sector, mahalagang mabilis ang bawat opisyal kanilang aksyon at tugon at hindi na dapat inaasa pa ang trabaho sa iba.

Maliban naman sa dalawang opisyal, maayos ang trabaho ng iba pang mga kawani sa Department of Agriculture. | ulat Merry Ann Bastasa
