Binigyang-diin ng Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) ang kahalagahan ng karanasan ng mga pasahero sa kanilang mga paliparan.

At para maisagawa ito ay bukod sa pagtiyak ng maayos na operasyon ay namahagi ang CAAP ng mga Malasakit Kits.

Ayon sa CAAP, naglalaman ang mga ito ng essential items gaya ng biskwit, kape, at hygiene products.

Nag-set up din ang nasabing ahensya ng mga Malasakit Help Desks, kung saan maaring magtanong ang mga pasahero.

Paliwanag ni CAAP Director General Captain Manuel Antonio Tamayo, kinikilala nila ang kahalagahan ng stress-free travel experience.
