Anim na mga ahensya ng gobyerno ang nabigyan na ng exemption ng Commission on Election (Comelec) para mamahagi ng ayuda at magpatupad ng kanilang mga programa sa panahon ng kampanya.

Ayon kay Comelec Chairperson George Erwin Garcia, maagang nagsumite ng kanilang aplikasyon ang naturang mga government agency upang maipagpatuloy ang kanilang mga programa kahit panahon ng halalan.

Kabilang dito ang Department of Health, National Housing Authority, Department of Agriculture, Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources, Department of Labor and Employment at Commission on Higher Education.

Bukod sa National Government Agencies, nabigyan din ng exemption ang Municipal Social Welfare and Development ng Bohol, President of League of Municipalities of the Philippines at Local Government ng Bacoor City Cavite. | ulat ni Michael Rogas
