Ikinalugod ng mga tagapangulo ng Quad Committee ang nakuhang suporta mula sa taumbayan batay sa resulta ng Pulse Asia Survey.
Lumabas sa survey na isinagawa nitong November 26 hanggang December 3, 2024 na 61 percent ng mga Pilipino ang pabor sa ginagawang imbestigasyon ng komite sa isyu ng iligal na Philippine Offshore Gaming Operators (POGOs), iligal na kalakaran ng droga, land grabbing ng ilang Chinese nationals, at umano’y extrajudicial killings (EJKs) sa war on drugs ng administrasyong Duterte.
Ayon kina Quad Comm Chairs Robert Ace Barbers, Dan Fernandez, Joseph Stephen “Caraps” Paduano, Bienvenido Abante at Senior Vice Chair Romeo Acop, ipinapakita nito ang tiwala ng publiko sa trabaho ng kanilang komite lalo na sa pagkamit ng katotohanan at hustisya
“This is a clear mandate from the people to pursue justice and expose the truth behind these systemic abuses. We will not waver in our mission to hold powerful offenders accountable,” anila.
Lalo din sila magsusumikap na ituloy ang paghabol at pagpapanagot sa mga nanamantala sa butas sa mga batas, at nang-abuso ng kapangyarihan.
“This overwhelming support from the Filipino people strengthens our resolve to go after those responsible for these systemic abuses. The people demand justice, and we will not back down,” according to them.
Batay sa survey, malinaw anila ang mensahe na nais ng taumbayan ng reporma.
Nakakuha ng pinakamalaking suporta ang komite sa National Capital Region (73%) at Balance Luzon (66%).
Habang 64% mula sa Class ABC, 62% ng Class D, at 52% mula Class E ang pabor sa pag-iimbestiga ng komite.
Ang Quad Comm ay binubuo ng Committees on Dangerous Drugs, Public Order and Safety, Human Rights, at Public Accounts.
