Comelec: Mahigit 800, lumabag sa umiiral na election gun ban

Umabot sa 825 ang naaresto ng mga otoridad matapos lumabag sa umiiral na election gun ban.

Ayon sa Commission on Elections (Comelec), karamihan sa mga lumabag ay mga sibilyan na umabot sa 700.

Mayroon ding apat na dayuhan, higit sa 20 guwardiya, tatlong pulis at anim na sundalo ang nahuling lumabag.

Bukod dito tatlong law enforcement authorities din, isang elected government official at dalawang appointed government official.

Sa datos ng Comelec, sa Metro Manila ang pinakamaraming lumabag sa gun ban sinundan ng Central Luzon, Central Visayas at Calabarzon.
