Ginagalang ni Impeachment Prosecutor at Manila Representative Joel Chua ang pahayag ni Senate President Francis “Chiz” Escudero wag silang madaliin proseso ng impeachment complaint laban kay Vice President Sara Duterte.

Sa press conference sa Kamara, sinabi ni Chua na hindi nila minamadali ang senado bagkus ito umano ang nakasaad sa saligang batas na kung saan nakasaad sa 1987 konstitusyon ang katagang “forthwith” at “shall” o agarang aksyon sa impeachment impeachment proceedings.

Sa ngayon anya, pinaghahandaan na ng prosecution team ang isasagawang impeachment gaya ng pangangalap pa ng mga karagdagang ebidensya.

Nakatakda rin nila anyang salain ang mga pribadong abogado na nais na tumulong sa trial.
