Motorcycle rider na bumangga ng LTO enforcer sa Antipolo, kinasuhan

Kinumpirma ng Land Transportation Office (LTO) na nasampahan na ng kaso ang motorcycle rider na nakabangga sa enforcer na nanita sa kanya sa Barangay Inarawan sa Marcos Highway, Antipolo City.

Ayon kay LTO Chief, Assistant Secretary Atty. Vigor D. Mendoza, pinatututukan na nito sa LTO-CALABARZON ang criminal at administrative cases na inihain laban sa rider na kinilalang si Roger Ymas.

Para sa LTO Chief, malinaw na pambabastos ang ginawa ng rider kaya dapat na maturuan ito ng leksyon.

Sa kasalukuyan ay nakakulong na si Ymas sa Antipolo Police Station.

Nahaharap ito sa kasong paglabag sa Republic Act (RA) 4136 (Resistance and Disobedience to Person in Authority) at Section 11 ng RA 9165 matapos makuhanan din ng hinihinalang iligal na droga. | ulat ni Merry Ann Bastasa
