Direktang binalaan ni National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Director Jaime Santiago ang mga masasamang loob na may planong hindi maganda laban sa kanyang mga ahente.

Sa isang pulong-balitaan tahasang sinabi ni Santiago na hindi niya hahayaan ang kanyang mga ahente na malagay sa alanganin ang mga buhay nito at kahit ng kanilang mga pamilya.

Giit ni Santiago na gagawin nila ang lahat ng ligal na hakbang para mapanagot sa batas ang sinomang mang-aabuso sa kahit sinong tauhan ng NBI.

Ginawa ni Santiago ang pahayag matapos maaresto ng mga operatiba ng NBI ang gunman sa pagpatay sa anak ng isang NBI agent.  | ulat ni Lorenz Tanjoco
