Pinahayag ni Senate Majority Leader Francis Tolentino na dapat munang hintayin ang magiging tugon ni Senate President Chiz Escudero tungkol sa hiling ni Senate Minority Leader Koko Pimentel na simulan na agad ang impeachment proceedings laban kay Vice President Sara Duterte.

Una nang lumiham si Pimentel kay Escudero upang ipunto na dapat ay forthwith o agad magsimula ang impeachment laban sa Bise Presidente.

Kaugnay nito, sinabi ni Tolentino na sang-ayon siyang ang depinisyon ng forthwith ay agad-agad, madali, o immediately.

Sang-ayon rin ang senador na dapat tumalima ang Senado sa constitutional mandate nito na gawin ang impeachment trial.
