Sistema para sa mas mabilis na pagdulog ng reklamo ng manggagawa, inilunsad ng DOLE

Meron nang mas mabilis na sistema para makapagsumbong ang manggagawa ng kanilang mga reklamo sa Departament of Labor and Employment (DOLE).

Ito ay tinatawag na DOLE Assistance for Request Management System (ARMS) na makikita online.

Kapag sinearch ang DOLE ARMS sa social media, agad itong makikita kung saan may mga kategorya na nakalaan.

Kabilang na dito ang para sa isang tao, grupo, union, OFW, kasambay/driver, o employer.

Ayon sa DOLE 24/7 ang nasabing sistema at abot saan man na panig ng mundo.

Matapos sagutan ang form ng kanilang reklamo ay tatawagan sila ng agency na tututok sa kanilang reklamo.

Dapat siguruhin na tama ang email at contact number ng nagsusumbong para sila ay makausap kaugnay sa kanilang reklamo.

Matapos nito ay agad aaksyonan ang kanilang sumbong at ipapatawag ang employer na kanilang nirereklamo. | ulat ni Don King Zarate
