114 tauhan ng pamahalaan, ipadadala sa Myanmar para mag-abot ng Humanitarian Assistance at Disaster Relief sa mga naapektuhan ng malakas na lindol

Nakatakdang tumulak patungong Myanmar ang nasa 114 na mga tauhan buhat sa iba’t ibang ahensya ng pamahalaan bukas, April 1.

Ito’y bilang commitment ng Pilipinas sa naturang bansa para magsagawa ng Humanitarian Assistance at Disaster Relief Operations kasunod ng pagtama ng mahigit magnitude 7 na lindol doon.

Ayon sa Office of Civil Defense (OCD), 80 rito ay binubuo ng tig-isang Light Urban Search and Rescue (USAR) team buhat sa Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA), at Apex Mining Corporation/First Gen-Energy Development Corporation (EDC) SRR Teams.

Kabilang din dito ang 31 tauhan mula sa Department of Health (DOH) gayundin ang dalawang tauhan mula sa OCD at pangungunahan ito ni Lt. Col. Erwin Diploma ng Philippine Air Force (PAF) bilang contingent commander.
