Kinikilala ng pamunuan ng Eastern Police District (EPD) ang mahalagang papel ng mga babae sa kanilang hanay.

Kaya naman isang all-female checkpoint operatives ang ipinakalat sa Urbano Velasco Avenue sa Brgy. Pinagbuhatan sa Pasig City.

Ayon kay EPD Acting Director, Police Col. Villamor Tuliao, nahahati sa dalawang shifting ang mga nagbabantay na Pulis Juana kung saan, ang una ay mula alas-3 hanggang alas-4 ng umaga at masusundan naman ito mula alas-10 hanggang alas-11 ng gabi.

Sinabi pa ni Tuliao na bukod sa mahalagang papel ng mga babae sa Pulisya, mapatataas din nito ang pagtutulungan ng bawat komunidad gayundin ay mapaiigting din nito ang tiwala at kumpiyansa ng mga mamamayan.
