DILG Sec Remulla, giniit na walang ‘group effort’ na pagplano kaugnay ng pag-aresto kay FPRRD

Nilinaw rin ni DILG Secretary Jonvic Remulla na walang pagpaplanong ginawa o ang sinasabing ‘group effort’ sa naging pag-aresto kay dating Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ng International Criminal Court (ICC).

Sa pagdinig ng Senate Committee on Foreign Relations, sinabi ni Remulla na March 10 nang pag-usapan nila ng ilang mga miyembro ng gabinete ang noon ay ‘rumor’ pa lang tungkol sa warrant of arrest laban kay Duterte.

Base aniya ito sa naging pahayag ng dating pangulo sa Hong Kong.

March 11 pa aniya ng 3:00 AM nila nakumpirma ang pagkakaroon ng warrant of arrest mula sa ICC.

Samantala, iginiit naman ni Justice Secretary Boying Remulla ang Executive Privilege para hindi maisapubliko ang napag-usapan ng mga miyembro ng gabinete.
