DSWD, maglulunsad na ng online system sa pag-isyu ng AICS guarantee letter

Nakatakda nang ilunsad ng Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) ang isang online system para sa iniisyung guarantee letters (GLs) sa ilalim ng Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situation (AICS).

Ayon kay DSWD Secretary Rex Gatchalian, bahagi ito ng digital transformation ng kagawaran para mapadali ang proseso sa mga nangangailangan.

Ayon pa sa kalihim, sa tulong ng automation ng guarantee letter ay hindi na kailangan pang pumila sa mga field office ang mga indibidwal o pamilyang dumaranas ng krisis.

Sa ngayon, sinasapinal na aniya ang online system para sa GL at posibleng mailabas na rin sa lalong madaling panahon.

“Ang punto namin, paulit ulit, dapat convenient anytime, anywhere na access ng ating mga mamamayan ang tulong at services ng DSWD na hindi na sila kailangang na-hassle at pupunta sa aming tanggapan,” ani Secretary Gatchalian. | ulat ni Merry Ann Bastasa
