LTO, pinalakas ang kampanya laban sa mga di otorisadong nagbebenta ng CTPL

Pinayuhan ni Land Transportation Office (LTO) Chief Vigor Mendoza II ang lahat ng LTO personnel na tanggapin ang Compulsory Third Party Liability (CTPL) na ipiniprisinta ng mga motorista sa pagpaparehistro ng sasakyan.

Dapat lamang nilang tiyakin na galing ito sa mga insurance seller na otorisado ng Insurance Commission (IC).

Hakbang ito ni Mendoza kasunod ng mga ulat na may ilang LTO personnel ang tumanggi nang tumanggap ng CTPL, dahil hindi sila nag-avail sa mga pinapaborang insurance sellers.

Nauna nang ipinag-utos ni Department of Transportation (DOTr) Secretary Vince Dizon sa LTO Chief, na gawing komportable ang lahat ng transaksyon sa mga kliyente ng ahensya.

Napag-usapan din ito sa pagpupulong sa pagitan ng transport groups, insurance companies at iba pang stakeholders partikular ang pagtaas ng insurance benefits.
