Nakahandang umalalay ang Pamahalaang Lungsod ng Malabon sa mga commuter na maaaring maaapektuhan ng tigil-pasada ng grupong MANIBELA, mula Lunes hanggang Miyerkules.

Ayon sa LGU, muli itong magbibigay ng libreng sakay para sa mga commuter na maaaring mahirapang sumakay.

Ang mga libreng sakay ay ipapakalat sa mga lugar na pinaka-apektado upang agad na matulungan ang commuters.
