Malacañang, nagpaalala sa local candidates at sa mga uniformed personnel sa pagsisimula ng kampanya sa local level

Hinikayat ng Malacañang ang mga tumatakbo sa local level na sumunod sa itinatakda ng batas na may kinalaman sa pangangampanya ngayong umarangkada na ang campaign period para sa local elections.

Inihayag ni Palace Press Officer Claire Castro, na dapat tumalima sa patakaran ang mga kandidato at patunayan na ding marunong silang sumunod sa batas.

Bukod sa mga kandidato ay nagbigay din ng mensahe ang Palasyo sa hanay ng mga nasa uniformed personnel.

Pagbibigay diin ni Atty. Castro, dapat manatiling “apolitical” o walang pinapanigang politikal na partido ang nasa hanay ng pulis at militar.

Hindi aniya dapat magpapagamit sa interes ng mga pulitiko ang mga uniformed personnel at sa halip, dapat aniyang manatiling pokus ang mga ito sa bansa at sa Saligang Batas. | ulat ni Alvin Baltazar
