Umaasa si House Deputy Minority Leader Bernadette Herrera na gawing prayoridad ng bagong kalihim ng Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) ang pagpapatupad ng Free Internet Access in Public Places Act.

Naniniwala si Herrera na dala ni DICT Secretary Henry Aguda ang bagong pamumuno, kasanayan, at dynamic na perspektibo na makatutulong sa digital transformation ng bansa.
 
Kaya apela niya sa kalihim na pabilisin ang pagpapatupad ng programa at tiyakin na mas maraming Pilipino, lalo na mula sa malalayong komunidad ang makakakonekta sa libreng WiFi.

Gayundin ay ang pagpapatatag ng ating cybersecurity.

Giit ni Herrera na ang digital inclusion ang isa sa susi para sa pag-unlad ng ekonomiya, edukasyon, at inobasyon.
