Pormal nang inilunsad sa Pilipinas ang Terra Asia sa pangunguna ng Canal France International (CFI) Media Development.

Sa pakikipapagtulungan sa Asia-Pacific Institute for Broadcasting Development (AIBD), Presidential Broadcast Service-Bureau of Broadcast Services (PBS-BBS) at ng pamahalaan ng France, layon ng programa na itaas ang kamalayan at matugunan ang environmental issues at misinformation sa pamamagitan ng pamamahayag.

Ilan sa mga naging panauhing pandangal ay sina French Embassy Political Counselor Melanie Mars at PBS-BBS Director General Dindo Amparo.

Samantala, pinangunahan naman ng National Expert na si Atty. Angela Consuelo Ibay at ng Founding President ng Philippines Network of Environmental Journalists na si Ms. Imelda Abaño ang ginanap na workshop sa kaparehong event. | ulat ni Jollie Mar Acuyong
