Nagtalaga si Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. nang dalawang bagong mahistrado ng Court of Appeals (CA).

Ito ay sa katauhan nina Edilwasif Tapsiril Baddiri na kauha-unahang Muslim justice na na-appoint sa ilalim ng Marcos Administration.

Hinirang rin ni Pangulong Marcos, bilang bagong CA Justice si Jeoffre Willkom Acebido.

Papalitan ni Baddiri si Justice Edwin Sorongon. Habang si Justice Victoria Isabel Paredes naman ang papalitan ni Acebido.
