Filipino Food Month, ipinagdiriwang ng DA at iba pang ahensya

Katuwang dito ng DA ang National Commission for Culture and the Arts at Philippine Culinary Heritage Movement (PCHM).

Alinsunod ito sa Proclamation No. 469 na layong pahalagahan, pangalagaan, at protektahan ang mga culinary tradition ng bansa at kilalanin ang mga pagkaing tampok sa iba’t ibang rehiyon.

Sa taong ito, nakatakdang isagawa ang kick-off ng Filipino Food Month sa lalawigan ng Quezon kung saan ibibida ang mayamang agri at culinary heritage nito.

Magsasagawa rin ng school campaign at mini caravan ang DA habang ang PCHM naman ay maglulunsad ng KAINCON 2025 kung saan magsasama-sama ang mga chef, gastronomic experts, mga magsasaka at researchers sa local food industry para talakayin ang local food cultivation.

Bukod dito, may oorganisahin ding Ang Sarap! Philippine Food Festival 2025, na tatlong araw na trade fair para itampok ang mga produkto ng Farmer Cooperative Associations (FCAs), Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), at partner agencies. | ulat ni Merry Ann Bastasa
