Ang liham ay nilagdaan ng Joint Foreign Chambers of the Philippines (JFC),  Makati Business Club (MBC), EU-ASEAN Business Council, Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce (Philippines),  US-ASEAN Business Council. at ang Philippine Association of Multinational Companies Regional Headquarters Inc. (PAMURI). | ulat ni Melany Valdoz Reyes
