Sa mensahe ng Pangulo, sinabi nito na nakatindig ang Pilipinas at nakasuporta sa mga mamamayan ng Palestine, sa pagsusulong ng pangmatagalang kapayapaan at kaunlaran.

Ayon sa Pangulo, lubhang nakababahala ang humanitarian situation sa Gaza at ang tumitindi pang tensyon sa Middle East.

Hinihikayat ng Pangulo ang lahat ng partido na umiwas na sa mga hakbang na magpapalala pa ng karahasan sa rehiyon, at isulong na lamang ang mapayapang paraan ng pagresolba ng mga hindi pagkakaunawaan sa rehiyon.

Kaugnay nito, nanawagan rin ang Pangulo na tiyakin ang agaran, ligtas, at patuloy na humanitarian access para sa mga nangangailangan.

Batid aniya ng lahat na ang tensyon sa Middle East, matutugunan lamang sa pamamagitan ng diplomatic engagement, diyalogo, at comprehensive negotiations na naka-angkla sa international law.
