Nagdesisyon ang House Blue Ribbon Committee na kanselahin ang kanilang ika-8 pagdinig bukas, November 29.

Paliwanag ni Manila Representative Joel Chua, chair ng komite, ito ay para bigyang pagkakataon si Vice President Sara Duterte na tumugon sa pagpapatawag ng National Bureau of Investigation (NBI).

Matatandaan na naglabas ng subpoena ang NBI para sa Pangalawang Pangulo para kaniyang ipaliwanag ang binitiwang pagbabanta sa buhay ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos, at Speaker Martin Romualdez.

Sinabi ni Chua, ayaw nila na maging dahilan o gamiting dahilan kung bakit hindi makakatalima ang Bise sa pagpapatawag ng NBI.

Wala pa namang napag-usapang petsa kung kailan itutuloy ng komite ang pagsisiyasat sa isyu ng paggamit ng Confidential Funds ng Office of the Vice President (OVP) at Department of Education (DepEd) sa ilalim ng pamumuno ni Duterte. | ulat ni Kathleen Jean Forbes
