₱12.3-B DepEd disallowances, posibleng isama ng impeachment prosecution na ebidensya vs. VP Sara

Posibleng isama ng prosekusyon sa impeachment trial sa Senado ang ₱12.3-bilyong disallowances sa Department of Education (DepEd).

Ang disallowances ay noong kalihim pa si Vice President Sara Duterte ng kagawaran.

Ayon kay House Impeachment Prosecutor at 1-Rider Party-list Representative Rodge Gutierrez, ang Commission on Audit (COA) ang naglabas ng Notice of Disallowance sa DepEd.

Sa isang press conference, sinabi ni Gutierrez na ang COA ay nagsagawa ng regular na pagsusuri sa mga gastusin ng DepEd at naglabas ng disallowances.

Aniya, kung ang halaga ay may kaugnayan sa mga alegasyon sa  impeachment complaint, maari itong gamitin ng prosecution team bilang ebidensya.

Gayunman, binigyang-diin ni Gutierrez na sapat na ang hawak nilang ebidensya laban sa Pangalawang Pangulo.   | ulat ni Melany Valdoz-Reyes
