Makakaasa ang pamilya at malalapit sa buhay ng tatlong mangingisdang Pilipino na nasawi sa maritime incident sa Bajo de Masinloc, madaling araw ng Lunes (October 2) na pananagutin ng pamahalaan ang mga responsable dito.

Pahayag ito ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. sa gitna ng ginagawang imbestigasyon ng Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) upang matukoy ang commercial vessel na bumangga sa fishing boat ng mga mangingisda.
Sabi ng Pangulo, nakalulungkot ang insidenteng ito, at beberipikahin aniya ng pamahalaan ang rason ng banggaan.
“We are deeply saddened by the deaths of the three fishermen, including the captain of the fishing vessel. The incident is still under investigation to ascertain the details and circumstances surrounding the collision between the fishing boat and a still unidentified commercial vessel.” — Pangulong Marcos Jr.
Ang PCG nagsasagawa na aniya ng backtracking at inaalam na ang lahat ng vessel na present sa lugar.
Ayon pa kay Pangulong Marcos Jr., hayaan muna ang PCG na gawin ang trabaho nito at umiwas muna sa paggawa ng anumang ispekulasyon.
