DMW, tiniyak na maayos ang paghihiwalay ng uuwing OFWs mula Israel sa kanilang mga employer

Bahagi ng repatriation process ng pamahalaan sa mga kababayang nating overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) sa Israel ang pagsiguro na maayos ang kanilang pakikipaghiwalay mula sa kanilang mga employer.

Sa pulong na ipinatawag ng House Committee on Overseas Workers Affairs, sainabi ni DMW Officer in Charge Undersecretary Hans Cacdac, na mahalagang magkaroon ng maayos na pagkakaunawaan ang OFW at kaniyang employer na uuwi ito ng Pilipinas.

Ito aniya ay para hindi ito ituring na abandonment of duty.

Sa paraang ito ani Cacdac, oras na humupa na ang tensyon sa Israel ay malayang makakabalik ang OFW sa kaniyang employer.

“Sa Israel sinisiguro natin dun sa mga returnees na positive ang paghihiwalay nila with their respective elderly employers. Ibig sabihin tanggap ng employers na kailangan nang umuwi yung kababayan natin, walang abandonment of duty. Which means pag humupa ang sitwasyon may mababalikan pa ho silang trabaho.” sabi ni Cacdac
