Ibinaba ng Office of the President ang Administrative Order no. 10 na nag-uutos sa pagbuo ng “Situmiayat Wakhamsum Aldhikraa National Committee” (SWANC) para sa komemorasyon ng ika-650 anibersaryo ng Philippine Muslim History and Heritage.
Ang komite na ito ang naatasang tumutok sa planning at implementasyon ng mga programa, aktibidad, at mga proyekto para sa anibersaryong ito.
“It is imperative to constitute a National Steering Committee that shall organize, coordinate and synchronize programs, projects and activities for the said commemoration rites,” — AO.
Nakapaloob rin sa kautusan na ang komemorasyong ito ay bilang pagkilala na rin sa papel ng Muslim Filipino sa paghubog ng kasaysayan ng Pilipinas, maging sa pagpo-promote ng local at national tourism.
“But also reignite nationalism in every Filipino, inculcate values for the common good, strengthen social cohesiveness of the community, and intensify social awareness.” — AO.
Ang chairman ng National Historical Commission of the Philippines (NHCP) ang magsisilbi bilang chairperson ng komite, habang ang kalihim naman ng National Commission on Muslim Filipinos at ang chairperson ng Bangsamoro Commission for the Preservation of Cultural Heritage ang co-vice chairpersons.
