Inihayag ng National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) na mas mapapaunlad ang Monitoring and Evaluation sector sa bansa kung mas mapapalakas rin ang mga ginagawang partnership ng pamahalaan. 

Ito ang naging mensahe ni NEDA Secretary Arsenio M. Balisacan sa ginanap na 10th M&E Network Forum, na dinaluhan ng mga monitoring and evaluation practitioner sa pribado at pampublikong sektor at academe. 

Ayon kay Balisacan, mas napapalakas ng mga partnership ang kapasidad ng gobyerno na masuri ang performance ng iba’t ibang programa o proyekto ng pamahalaan. 

Inaasahan rin ng kalihim, na may mga panibagong hamon at isyu na mararanasan ang bansa na mangangailangan ng bagong solusyon, kaya naman mas magiging mahalaga aniya ang mga partnership ng pamahalaan sa pribadong sektor. | ulat ni Diane Lear
