Mga flights sa Davao Int’l Airport, balik-normal na matapos maapektuhan ng shear line

Nagbalik na sa normal ang opearsyon ng Davao International Airport matapos maapektuhan ang ilang flights kahapon dahil sa tuloy-tuloy na buhos ng ulan dulot ng shear line na sanhi ng pagsalubong ng northeast monsoon at easterlies o malamig at mainit na hangin.

Sa isang statement ng Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) na inilabas ngayong araw tatlong flights ang na-divert kahapon na lalapag sana sa Davao International Airport.

Kabilang ang Cebgo flight na DG6676 na Zamboanga-Davao, DG6739 na Cagayan de Oro-Davao at PAL Express flight 2P2817 na Manila-Davao.

Ayon sa CAAP, gumanda na ang  lagay ng panahon at balik na rin ang operasyon ng mga nasabing flights sa Davao International Airport.

Kaugnay nito, binabantayan pa rin ang flood drain system ng paliparan upang matiyak na di magbabara at maiwasan ang airside flooding kapag sumama ulit ang panahon.  | ulat ni AJ Ignacio
