Iniutos ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. ang ilang pagbabago sa Office of the President (OP) Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board.
Ito’y partikular para sa first at second level career positions.
Sa ilalim ng Memorandum Order No. 24 na nilagdaan ni Executive Secretary Lucas P. Bersamin nitong nagdaang Huwebes, magsisilbi nang chairman ng OP Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board ang Deputy Executive Secretary for Finance and Administration at Vice-Chair naman ang Deputy Executive Secretary for Legal Affairs.
Magsisilibing miyembro naman ang Deputy Executive Secretary for General Administration, Deputy Executive Secretary for Support Services and Auxiliaries, dalawang kinatawan mula sa Office of the Executive Secretary habang kabilang din sa miyembro ang head ng Human Resource Management Office.
Bukod dito ay kasama din sa magiging miyembro nito ang Isang representative mula sa Office of the President Employees’ Network para sa first level at second level positions.
Kasama rin sa itinakda ng inilabas na EO ang muling pagbuo ng OP Program on Awards and Incentives for Service Excellence. Committee. | ulat ni Alvin Baltazar
