Ito ay para sa gagawing pakikibahagi ng Pangulo sa International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS) Dialogue sa Biyernes (May 31), kung saan magsisilbing keynote speaker ang Pangulo.

Sa diyalogong ito, pag-uusapan ang mga global issue sa aspeto ng seguridad at depensa na dadaluhan ng defense ministers, military chiefs, government officials, security experts, at iba pang world leaders, mula sa 40 mga bansa.
