Nagpaskil na ng abiso sa labas ng St. Vincent De Ferrer College of Camarin (SVDFCC) ang Commission on Higher Education (CHED) para ipabatid sa publiko na phase out na ang limang kurso nito kabilang ang:
• Bachelor of Elementary Education
• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
• Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management
• Bachelor of Science in Information Technology
• Bachelor of Secondary Education
Sa isang pahayag, sinabi ng CHED na umaksyon na ito dahil sa pagsuway ng kolehiyo na sumunod sa utos ng komisyon.
Ayon sa CHED, 2021 pa nito iniutos ang pag-phase out ng mga programa dahil sa kinapos ito sa kanilang evaluation sa academic performance.
Ibig sabihin, bawal na itong tumanggap ng mga estudyante para sa mga naturang kurso mula pa dapat noong Abril ng nakaraang taon.
Paliwanag ng CHED, bagamat may mga inihaing apela ang SVDFCC para bawiin ang kanilang desisyon, hindi ito nakatanggap ng anumang utos ng Injunction o Relief laban sa pagpapatupad ng desisyon nito.
Hinikayat ngayon ng CHED ang mga apektadong estudyante na lumapit sa CHED-NCR para sa assistance.
