“Having known Secretary Cacdac since my early days in the government, and having had the privilege of working closely with him during my tenure as chairperson of the House Committee on Overseas Workers Affairs, I can personally attest to his deep commitment and tireless advocacy for the rights of our OFWs. For many years now, he has been at the forefront of championing the cause of our migrant workers, ensuring that their rights and well-being are always protected,” ani Salo.

“Secretary Cacdac knows the nuances of Philippine labor migration as he has served in the sector for decades; this wealth of knowledge is vital in leading DMW. But more than his proficiencies, we value Secretary Cacdac’s confirmation because he has his heart in the right place – to genuinely serve our OFWs, ang mga bida ng ating makabagong panahon,” sabi ni Magsino. | ulat ni Kathleen Jean Forbes
