Nanindigan si Bukidnon Representative Jonathan Keith Flores na layon lang ng isinasagawang imbestigasyon ng Quad Committee ng Kamara na matukoy ang mga tiwaling pulis sa institusyon.
Giit ni Flores, hindi siya naniniwala na ang Philippine National Police (PNP) ang pinakamalaking crime organization.
Gayunman hindi aniya makakaila na may ilang opisyal na gumagawa ng mali, batay na rin sa bilang ng kasong iniimbestigahan ng Department of Justice (DOJ) at PNP-IAS.
“I do not believe the entire Philippine National Police is the largest crime organization in the country. But there are a few thousands of corrupt police officers judging by the numbers of cases the DOJ and PNP IAS are investigating and prosecuting in courts…There’s also the continuing concern about police officers and AWOL arrested in law enforcement operations. Sabi pa ng Bukidnon solon, na gusto lamang ng mga mambabatas na malinis mula sa impluwensya ng mga pulis na nanamantala at nang-abuso sa war on drugs ang pambansang pulisya.
Gayundin ay mahanap ang butas sa polisiya at batas kung paanong namanipula ang criminal justice system at law enforcers.
