Nanawagan ang National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC) sa publiko na suriing mabuti ang mga kandidatong kanilang nais iboto sa 2025 Mid-Term Elections.

Ayon kay NTF-ELCAC Executive Director, Undersecretary Ernesto Torres Jr, may mga kakandidato pa rin kasi na sinusuportahan ng CPP-NPA-NDF na layong impluwensyahan ang sistema ng politika sa bansa.

Iginiit ng opisyal na maraming ginagamit na pamamaraan ang mga komunista para palawakin ang kanilang impluwensya sa lipunan at maghasik ng kanilang ideolohiya.

Hamon naman ni Torres sa mga kandidato, hayagang kondenahin ang armadong pakikibaka at manawagan ding itigil na ang pagkakalat ng maling paniniwala.

Tiniyak naman ng Task Force na patuloy nilang palalakasin ang kanilang awareness campaign upang hindi na maloko ang bayan mula sa mga kandidatong pain ng mga komunista. | ulat ni Jaymark Dagala
