COC filing ng mga lokal na kandidato sa Quezon City, umarangkada na

Nagsimula nang tumanggap ang QC-COMELEC ng Certificate of Candidacy (COC) ng mga tatakbo sa 2025 Midterm Elections sa Quezon City.

Pagpatak ng alas-8 ng umaga, pinayagan nang makapasok sa Amoranto Sports Complex na itinalagang filing venue ang mga kakandidato, bitbit ang kanilang mga dokumento.

Sa holding area sa labas sinusuri muna kung kumpleto ang kanilang mga ihahaing dokumento gaya ng COC habang sa loob naman ng Amoranto Arena ang Step 1-5 kung saan pormal na sinusumite ang mga dokumento at releasing ng notice para sa SOCE filing.

Isa sa maagang naghain ng kanyang COC dito si incumbent QC Counselor Mikey Belmonte na muling tatakbong konsehal sa ikalawang distrito ng lungsod.

Kakandidato ito sa ilalim ng Serbisyo sa Bayan Party na partido ni QC Mayor Joy Belmonte.

Ayon sa konsehal, umaasa itong muling palarin sa susunod na eleksyon para maipagpatuloy ang mga nasimulang programa sa kalusugan at pabahay sa District 2. | ulat ni Merry Ann Bastasa
