Bukod sa pamamahagi ng family food packs, nagbigay na rin ng psychological first aid ang Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office 2-Cagayan Valley sa mga pamilyang nasa evacuation centers makaraang maapektuhan ng bagyong Julian.
Ayon kay DSWD Co-Spokesperson Assistant Secretary Juan Carlo Marquez, kasama ito sa papel ng Camp Coordination and Camp Management (CCCM) ng ahensya.
Kabilang sa mga binigyan ng psychosocial intervention ang mga Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) sa Batanes pati na sa Sta. Ana, Cagayan.
As of October 3, aabot pa sa 148 na pamilya o higit 400 indibidwal ang nananatili sa evacuation centers bunsod ng bagyong Julian.
Sumampa naman na sa ₱16.7-million ang halaga ng humanitarian assistance na naipamahagi sa mga pamilyang naapektuhan ng bagyo.
